Game Development Roadmap
Phase 1: Conceptualization and Design
Teddy Jump was born as a unique browser-based arcade experience that merges reflex-driven gameplay with a culturally resonant, meme-inspired protagonist. From the beginning, the focus has been on developing a character—Teddy—who has just been released from prison and now must dodge fines to maintain his freedom. The game concept was designed with a clear long-term vision for blockchain integration and reward mechanics.
Phase 2: Prototype Development
A functional prototype was developed, allowing players to control Teddy in a dynamic environment filled with obstacles in the form of fines. Core mechanics such as movement, jumping, and collision detection were implemented. A centralized backend and SQL database were integrated to manage player scores securely. Additionally, a Telegram bot was launched to enable player registration, score verification, and real-time leaderboard updates within the community group.
Phase 3: Gameplay Optimization and Mobile Support (Ongoing)
After achieving a stable prototype, the focus shifted to improving gameplay performance and implementing full touchscreen controls for mobile devices. These controls are now functional, providing a responsive and accessible experience across mobile platforms. Future updates will focus on refining the interface and performance on smaller screens to deliver a polished experience comparable to desktop.
Parallel efforts continue on refining game balance, enhancing animations, and expanding the Telegram bot's functionality to further streamline user access and engagement.
Phase 4: Blockchain Integration and Airdrop Events (Upcoming)
The next major milestone will be the integration of Solana blockchain to enable on-chain transactions, $Teddy token reward distribution, and leaderboard validation. This phase includes:
Implementation of a smart contract system to handle game entry, token burning, and automated reward payouts.
Launch of competitive airdrop events to incentivize early players, distributing $Teddy tokens to top scorers and active community members.
Phase 5: NFT-Linked Events (Planned)
An exclusive NFT collection is planned for future release. Holding a Teddy NFT will grant access to time-limited, competitive events. Each collection will include 100 NFTs tied to unique themes, released monthly. NFT holders, along with a minimum balance of $Teddy, will be eligible to participate.
Funds generated from NFT sales will be allocated to:
Reward pools for top players
$Teddy token buyback and burn
Marketing and community growth
Allocation percentages will be defined and shared publicly before each drop.
Phase 6: Arcade Competitions
In this phase, competitive "rooms" will be introduced. Players will enter these rooms by staking $Teddy tokens. The total prize pool will consist of all entry fees. At the end of each room’s duration, prizes will be distributed automatically to top players via smart contracts.
Initially, rooms will run for several days. Future iterations will include flexible durations (6h, 12h, 24h) and varied entry fees, allowing players to choose their risk-reward balance.
Distribution breakdown:
Majority to top 10 players
Portion burned to reduce supply
Small share reserved for operational costs
Phase 7: Monetization and Advertising
As the active player base grows, monetization options such as in-game advertising will be explored. Projects and brands will be able to advertise inside game rooms, with rates based on room duration. Customized advertising packages will be offered for targeted exposure.
Revenue generated will contribute to game sustainability and reward pool growth.
Phase 8: Ecosystem Expansion and Community Building
The final phase focuses on expanding the Teddy Jump ecosystem through the development of new game modes and supporting tools. The goal is to establish Teddy Jump as a recognized project within the Solana ecosystem, blending entertainment, competition, and blockchain utility.
Community involvement will be a core focus — with marketing campaigns, Telegram bot upgrades, user feedback channels, and ongoing events designed to strengthen player engagement and grow the project sustainably.
